Just got my first BMW. This thing is sweet. Although I have a few questions. When I go over speed bumps the shocks make an awfull rubbing sound regardless of what speed I go over them at. Also, shouldn't the seats adjust based on which key you use rather then having to press the seat memory. The dealer told me I have to push then button. Finally does any one know what the code to use the bluetooth is?

I think the seat issue is something that is programmed by the dealer at time of purchase. For example, there are many items you can set...seats, light dim features, etc. that can be separately tied to individual keys. Other items are not user specific. They are preferences that are set regardless of who is driving. In either case, it is my understanding that the dealer needs to "take your selections" and program each of them to your liking when the car is delivered.

As far as the rubbung noise goes I would have the undercarriage check for the problem. This should be covered under warranty.

Thanks guys. The sound goes away after the car warms up so by the time I get to the dealer it's not doing it .
