My car has just broke the 100K mark. I am the original owner. What things should I start looking for? Any hidden wear I should get taken care of? What should I do to make the car as "new Like" as possible? Thanks guys

Assuming you have replaced the plastic water pump impeller with a metal one, (if you even had one, depending on the year of your M3) you may want to look at the radiator and possibly consider changing the timing chain, although you should be able to go another 50k at least before that is necessary. The suspension parts also wear, wheel bearings, the "rear subframe" issue, all the usual maintenance items

Spot on, but don't just assume it'll go another 50k (which if you've driven sensibly it will) get it checked out on the next inspection just to make sure you don't get a 15 grand bill for a new engine [:D]
