1997 328i

Hello, I was wondering what some of you thought about a 1997 328i!
I've been looking at one and it has 154k on it, Looks pretty clean for a car that old and with that many miles. I was wondering how much more was left in the car? and they are asking 5500, from a bank. Just kind of wondering about this seris of car cause I really don't know much about them, but I do want to experience the ultimate driving experience, if its worth it. Well any help will be worth a ton.

If you take good care of it, you can get another 100K miles out of her. Make sure you do some serious reading about that model. Radiator, AC compressor, Thermostat and also search for recalls. Overall they are decent cars that give pretty good mileage on the hiway

From some of the knowlege that I've gathered about the car is that most of the miles are highway miles, since I'm from a small town, It's a little easier to find things out. and where are some places that I could read about the recalls?? Also, most of the matience I could do myself, I've been working around cars and trucks for awhile and know how to do some of the stuff, if it gets into the computers I don't have none of the equipment to do that, but ac compressors and radiators, and thermostats I could do myself.
