2004 X3 : setting the alarm

I just picked up my 2004 Titanium Silver X3 a month ago... I was reading the manual and it states that when I set my alarm I can have an audible signal, all I get is the lights blinking, anybody know how to switch to an audible signal for the alarm setting.

It has to be programmed by the dealership.

The dealer probably screwed up programming the alarm. They did that with my X3 when I bought it, the motion detector wasn't turned on.

My dealer told me it doesn't come with an alarm and is an option that needs to be installed. Also told me that they have not received the latest version of the software to program the blinking signal lights on lock/unlock.
