325i computer freezing

We have recently purchased a 2006 325i with professional navigation (i drive), there has been a number of occasions where the screen is freezing not allowing you to enter the system. After 3 service attempts we are still experiencing the same problems, would be great to hear from anyone experiencing the same problem.

the 2006 one didn't have idrive-only the 2007's do.

we have i drive, we purchased it here in australia in July 07 it was a BMW demo first registered in Nov 06.

I have an 07 with iDrive and it just does that sometimes. It's annoying but i believe that's the way it is. My friend has a 07 535i and he has the same problem.
