How often do you guys change your oil? I was talking to a BMW Specialist and he told me to change it every 10,000 Miles. Im using Castro GTX. 20W 50.

What the hell was that guy thinking. You should change your oil/filter every 3,000miles, at most 5,000. I would never do buisness with that mechanic again.
