well, my suggestion would be to by an S50/S52 w/ tranny included. won't you need a new ecu as well?

then the various interior bits you can get at a bmw junkyard.

or you could by an m3.... like forreal

flywheel, clutch kit, tranny, shifter, shifter linkage, petal, clutch master cylinder, hose to brake reservoir, clutch slave cyl., hose/line between cyls., tranny mounts, probably a drive shaft, and differential.

whew, i think that's all.

If your getting an o6 or o2 M3 why bother making the 328 a manual shift car? It can be done but it is not worth what it will cost.
cuz im looking 2 give it 2 my nephew, and hes into man cars. so i wanted 2 do the proj with him and as soon as we are done hand him the title and the keys.its gonna be his 16th b-day soon and i want him 2 be happy

Yeah there isn't a site that will have all the parts you need in a kit. Your best bet would be to call up a junk yard and see if they have all the parts i listed in my post above.

Though some parts i would buy new. like the clutch kit, all new seals, stuff that go bad over time.
