A/C, Heater radiator drain

I have this problem with the car. During the warmer months (already started) when I get in the car, it smells like somebody died in it. Kinda like rotten meat or something close to it, like a bacteria of some sort. With the help of my dad, we figured it is coming from the drain for the A/C radiator. The drain is probably clogged and all this crap (some sort of bacteria I guess) lives there and smells really bad. It resembles how the old fridge used to smell when it's drain would get clogged and all this slime would form all over it. Now, here comes the hard part, does anyone know how I can get to the stupid drain? I would prefer getting to the radiator enclosure too because I feel that all that stuff is not only in the drain pipe. Anyone has any idea at all on how I can get there? The things is located behind the radio, A/C / Heater controls and the OBC. It sits right on top of the tranny but I can't see how to get to it. The most I did was today, I got the enclosure to open a bit but all this body metal that is surrounding it is in the way and I only got to peak at the radiator and that's with removing: glove box, radio, A/C / Heater control pannel, OBC, the thing under the OBC, passenger side air bag, passenger side kick board and some of the interior soft plastic that goes around the tranny. It took me the longest time to get to it and about half an hour to put it back together but not completely. At first I thought they (the guys at the plant) must have lowered everything there with the dash board off but then again, how did they connect all the copper tubing for the two radiators? I feel like this task is impossible and everything is unbelivably hard to get to. I am planning to spend the whole day on saturday trying to get to it but don't think I will have too much luck. Does anyone at all have any input on this whole thing? I really need all the ideas I can get. Thanks in advance.
