Angel eyes are standard on both models. Of course, you will get a better "effect" if you opt for the Xenon headlights as the blue Xenons and yellow angel eyes will provide a more visible contrast.
Well I know that Xenons are optional in the 325i, but I do not think that you can get Angel Eyes without Xenons. When I build and price in the BMWUSA site with a 325i, there was not Angel Eyes at initial start unless Xenons were checked.
