Best Preformance upgrades for 2003 330i steptronic help!

Well I have finally saved up enough money to now do engine preformance upgrades after working on exterior and interior mods. I dont want to spend alot of money, the most I want to spend is 2k for all of this. I wanted to upgrade my exhaust but I want the best one for best preformance. and also a intake but I heard AFE is the best onbe to go with with BMW. another question is that will take this car off my factory warranty? I have mine CPO and I dont want to loose it. thanks everyone for your help!

I also wanted to add about suspension work as well. I heard H&R are the best but pricy, I have the Sport Packag suspension but anything that has a better grip and handling then the sport suspension for a good affordable price?

EISENMANN Racing exhaust!!!! Best exhaust note, weight reduction and about 6.1%=6.4% power gain, it is a sick exhaust, I have seen a 82mm eisenmann on a clk430, it is a great exhaust. As for suspension id say go for bilstein. I have it on my audi along with a h&r lowering kit, its nothing short of incredible how the car behaves. Only problem is with ride height in NYC, horrid roads through which you need to seriously slow down for not to bottom out, but Im sure you dont have those problems out in cali.
