BMW Warranty

I just got my new BMW but just wondering, if I do any mods on it will it void my warranty.

Plan mods for now:
Body Kit
DDE or Angel Lights

Hi and welcome, normally you are safe with most body work. However I would be careful with the demon or angel eye mods if you don't know what you are doing.

I'm planning to tap it to my fog lights but just worried that if something happens BMW dealer may say that that tapping to that wire could have caused the problem.

If I professionally get it done(not by BMW dealer), it should not void my warranty right?

It could negate your warranty on the lights. Any external kit should be okay. I just had parking lights and headlights replaced under warranty. No telling what labor and equip. cost would have been. I would check with the service dept. All it takes is a quick call. Better safe than sorry.
