Bosch or Lucas

I'm replacing the injectors for my car (1994 318i) and I have two options according to the BMW parts catalog either Bosch or Lucas.
These injectors have different tip design and I'm wondering which one is better?

I have no specific knowledge of these injectors, but I know from history that Lucas has a bad reputation. Anyone remember the electrical systems in Triumphs, MGs, and all the other British cars?

All other specifications being equal, I would go with Bosch.

And there you have it! If that is the case and believe it to be, I too would go with Bosch!

Everyone........I'm carrying no water for anyone on this. I just have to say this. If, BMW gives you two choices, do you really think either one is bad. I don't care about Lucas's history of electrical problems in Triumph's.....it doesn't matter. If it were my choice, go with the least expensive choce, wahtever it is. [bmwkick]

My car came...

Well my car came with Lucas injectors and they have the same price.

Go with Bosch and be safe if the prices are the same. I really don't think you can go wrong with Bosch. And, of you don't mind my asking, how much are the new injectors?
