Bumper installation

hey! I just got my new bumper. What does it take to install it? I may do it myself after I get it painted. If its not more than a couple hours of work. Anyone know where I can get instructions to do it? I dont have a Bentley manual.. by the way if anyone has one for e46 that they dont need anymore.. let me know.

I think it's pretty easy. Just put the aluminum reinforcement bumper frame to the plasitc bumper. Screw it on and make sure everything is tight and aligned properly. Then all you do is just slide the bumper with the aluminum frame to the two shock absorber. I think you just use a T50 screw to put the bolt back in. There should be 2 small holes to put your T50 screw through to tighten the bolt. That's what I saw at the body shop.
