Yea right. Some scam artist is listing a 2004 M3 for a Buy It Now price of $10,000.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6131&item=2482814997&rd=1

Lets see:

1) Just joined EBAY today - Warning sign 1
2) No feedback - Warning sign 2
3) Listed as a Canadian user - Warning sign 3
4) English is poor - Warning sign 4
5) HE CAN FRIGGIN GO TO ANY CAR DEALERSHIP AND GET AT LEAST 35K CASH FOR THE CAR SO WHY IS HE LISTING ON EBAY (Duh, because there is no such car) - [nono] Warning sign 5

The sad thing is that some poor sucker is going wire this guy the money through Western Union and never see the car or this guy again. EBAY should really shut done such an obvious ripoff.

I have seen this before and even emailed the guy for kicks. He is a crack head and says many contradicting things. Ebay will likely catch on and remove it. They did a few months back when I saw this.

Along the same lines...my brother found a set of IS300 rims on ebay for dirt cheap; $200 with 3 new tires. So my brother buys it and the guy dissapears right. I get pissed off, not so much about the $$, but more so the principal. I go to intellius.com find his credit info, address, telephone #, and all that. And call him every hour on the hour until he fesses up to what he did. [boxface]
Then instead of asking for my money back, I tell him I want what he promise. [}:)]

Four months later my brother gets his rims in the mail. [:D] These kind of ebayer suck.
