Car Phone alternatives

I own a 740il and have the Startec phone that is four years old and failing. Are there any alternatives for replacing with a new phone system?

If not has anyone found a good alternative phone system to use?

A lot of brands such as Nokia have a system that you can plug into your system or you can buy their system and install it in your car. Depends what you have - there should be a universal plug for that though.
