I purchased a set of DEPO headlamps for my wife's 1998 528 (E39). These are the "angel eye" replacements. Her existing headlamp lenses are totally fogged from pits and scratches during normal driving, so we thought to change them over to the newer look. Although the vendor said that the existing headligh bulbs would transfer, I found that only the running light would fit into the new headlamps. High and low beam bulb bases do not fit into the sockets. The vendor is unresponsive to my E-mail and calls. Anybody out there with experience with these?
