Emergency !! HEEELLP!!

HEEEEEELP!!

Ok. I have ordered Remus Exhaust System - Twin 92x78mm tips from bavauto.com for $555....

But I found a website that sells apperently the same 92/78mm twin Remus exhaust for only $396!!

SHould I cancel the order or is BavAuto and go with autoaccessorystore.com or is bavauto exhaust somehow different and designed for BMWs?

Or ask BavAuto to price-match. [:D]

If they can do it, then you can have the best of both worlds. But if not, then ask the Autoaccessory about more details to make sure you get the correct BMW fitment.

I think I will keep my order. It says that their exhausts are designed for specific BMW models, depending on the order... this is why they are more expensive.... don;t want to risk having a bad fit or sometihng...

Good idea. Bavauto is much more reputable, anyways. And since you were prepared to pay Bavauto's price from the beginning, just stick with it.

Pavel stick with your current order, the Remus exhaust on the other site is the Universal kind which has the smaller piping.

Can't hurt to ask, tho...

It sounds like it makes sense to keep the order, but why not ask for the price match? Tell them this appears to be identical, and give them the impression that you will otherwise cancel your order!

if a Remus muffler is desribed to be for an E46 330i conv. it fits, no matter if it sold by bavauto or the other guys. at least in germany it is the way that the manufacturer already delivers the mufflers the way that you only have to bolt them on. if someone says he customized the regular remus to get it fit for a bmw, he is just making a buck of a fool.

is it really different here?

and that's what i say, where ia am from, the mufflers come manufactured for the specific car.
at least that was the case with my remus. i had to name year, engine and body to find the matching one.

weird difference.
