I have noticed lately that my engine has been staying rev'd longer, and even jumps in RPMs sometimes, when I put in the clutch. My dad thinks it could be the emission control system sticking. (The thing that keeps the revs from dropping too fast and sucking up oil.) Does anyone have any other ideas as to what could cause this?
