Faded/Hazy Chrome Window Trim...what to do ?!

I have a 2002 330Ci
The chrome trim around the windows has started to fade and look hazy. Im not sure how to clean/shine it.

It also scratches easily and I wasnt sure what to use.

i could think that you could use the stuff you use to clean the rims but not sure, does anyone know if u can get like the outside chrome peices re-chromed?
