i have an e36 chasis but it was made in 5/91 so my car is considered to be a 92 and i bought front shocks for it for 92-98 all e36 series but according to bilstein there not the same shocks. is there anyway i can adapt my 91 to the to the 92-98 shocks? i cannot return them

wow, seems to me you are going to have to change control arms, tie rod, and bunch of other things if its even possible to do it...i think youll be better off selling them. have you tried comparing your cars' shocks to the ones you bought?

turns out the difference of the shocks between the 2 models is that the stabalizer bar attaches to the shocks on my car and from 6/92-98 it doesnt so i have to sell the shocks.
