As your tail light does not work, this will be the culprit of your blown fuses. A fuse will blow when too much current passes through it, generally from a short circuit. Trace your wiring back from the tail light looking for a place where the wire has been pinched and is contacting the metal framework of your vehicle. When found apply insulation tape, replace the blown fuse and all should be OK.
