This is for all those BMW drivers may need thier radio code and the dealer wants an appointment and $50.00 as it was in my case.

These guys are professionals and very helpful. They hooked me up via e-mail and paypal for only $20.00 thats reasonable compared to $50.00

I know some of you are fortunate and can just call the dealer and get the code for free over the phone but here in Fresno, CA WEBER BMW charges for everything!

Hehe, 50 is nothing, my dealer wanted to charge me exatcly 112 (wherever that came from). Got lucky with Bill Jacobs BMW in Chicago though. Called em up, faxed needed info and got a call back with the code. So you guys might want to try them first, 20 bucks can still buy a bit of gas.

I called them and they said it is going to cost me 60 bucks? I see you called them on May 1, it is May 5 now...they could not have changed their policy in 3 days...I am a bit ticked too because I just had a 3k transmission job done there and they cant give me the danged code!

Uggh...So I replaced my old broken stock Head Unit with a New Stock head unit, I need to know the code for the NEW unit. Is it true they are based on the Serial Number? Or is there a general code for each model car?

Anyone know how I can get the code for this new unit!?

I don't know what the codes are based on but I needed the serial and the VIN number so no help there. Although it might be sort of tricky getting the code for the new one, I mean, it is a security system and I don't think dealers are supposed to give em out that easily but who knows.
