Garage smells like gas

i got another one guys, after i drive for awhile i pull it in the garage and it smells like gas, and a couple days ago i had my heat on and it smelled like gas, anyone know what it could be

Not sure what it is, but i do smell gas somtimes, not only in my '93 325is, but also my girlfriends '92 325is, and on wet ground, you can see the rainbow colors on the ground where we drive.??? not sure, maybe old dirty fuel pumps (still getting 24.5 MPG on highway)

thats not good. my old E30 320i had worn fuel lines that were cracked letting out fuel vapour. Now the 325i and the M5 are fine and no smell of fuek at all!!

you guys think it could be from i had gotten a new fuel pump about 5 months ago , but why would it start smelling now

I had the same problem twice. The first time a fuel hose connected my cold start valve was leaking gas on the intake manifold. (Yikes!) The gas would evoporate off and stink up the whole car.

The second time a fuel hose connected to my fuel pump was leaking and spraying onto the back tire. Yet another dangerous scenario.

Both were very easy fixes. I would check all of your fuel hoses and lines, you have a leak somewhere and you need to find out so you don't start a fire.
