How do you fit h7 in h1 fogs?

I have seen people on other boards talking about doing h7 bulbs in their e36 fog lights...Has anyone done this before? How hard is it??? Thanks alot

Are you trying to do an HID setup? I'm not sure how they can get the bulbs to fit other than replacing the housing since the sockets and dimensions are totally different. If you do find out then please let us know.

i had the same question. try m3motorworks...they sell the hoen foglights in a h1 fitment!!!!

thanks for doing the search i forgot that i had posted and i just found it...I am going to try this one night soon, I have to buy a new fog light housing for my driver side first...
