Huge decison E36 M3

I have a 1993 325i sedan right now in mint condition, but I found a 1995 M3, and I cannot decide to buy it or not, I really want to but some friends say its a bad idea please tell me what you think. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome

1995 Dakar Yellow M3
Luxury Package
M contour wheels with new Mich Pilots
Dinan Stage 1 suspension with adjustable Koni Coilovers
Dinan full exhasut
Dinan Short ram intake
HK audio
Exterior is perfect
Interior is perfect
New radiator, thermo housing ( replaced with Al), water pump, Oxygen sensor
4 zimmerman Cross drilled rotors, with pads, stainless brake lines
But its got 125,000 miles on it.
I would get it for $11,000.00

I have never driven an M and I just want to know if its that much better than my 325i that I know perfroms well and is reliable.

I looked into buying an M3 (before buying my 325is) and with the money that has been spent on that car, i would buy it for 11k.

Look up some How To Buy an M3 writeups since some of them ahve their problems and run a carfax. Aside from the mileage, it looks good.
