Im thinking about swaping my interior from my old 94 ( TAN ) to the new 92 ( BLACK ) car.... I would only swap the headliner, pillars, sunroof cover thats about it, Would that look ok?

keep your interior black. The tan looks ok, but The black looks way way better. If you put a tan healiner and what not into a car w/ all black interior it will look straight up weird. I have the dove grey headliner, and I swaped if for the black headliner, and it looks so beast now. If I were you I would keep it black.

Your head liner is not vinyl. It is made of cloth, so you wouldn't want vinyle paint for it. Your best bet is to take the headliner to a shop that works on car uhpolstry and have them dye it dark grey for you. You don't want it pitch black cuz that would look nasty. You want really dark grey like they used on the stock e36 Yellow M3's that had black interiors. That is your best bet.
