has anyone put these on their car?
is it a PITA or is it easy?

I have them on my e30, not the same body style, either way it was easy. Took about five minutes on the e30.

HOW DOES IT ATTACH?

On the e30 it uses the existing screws in the panel over the front support bracket.

Not sure if those are the eyebrows, but I hear some need the nipples dremmeled off the stock US non-Euro lights to make them fit. Even if you get them, they say the nipples are easy to remove. Some are also 3M tape for the install. Myself, I like the lower ones similar to the E46, they sell them somewhere for the E36. Look pretty nice as an update.

carcus....the ones i ordered you have to remove the nipple...bavauto has the ones you are talking about here
they are a bavauto exclusive btw.
