Hello All, I was just at my local BMW Dealer and was quoted the following and wanted to get your thoughts:

2007 328i Coupe
Heated Seats
Metallic Paint
Sport Package

MSRP: 37,970.00

Deal on the table is:

Cap Cost = 37,267.00
MF = .00125
Term = 36 months (10k)
Residual = 61%

Monthly = 467.35 + 42.06 (tax) = 509.41 This is with 1386.96 out of pocket for first months (509.41), Bank Fee (695) Tax Bank Fee (62.55) Tags (120).

Please let me know your thoughts.

I think I should be able to get the cap cost down a bit more, but it looks like the cars are in hot demand

The bmw's have the highest resale value over the last 10 years. My 04 325i cost me $28,400 and I sold it this past summer, two years old, 35,000 miles for $25,500. Why don't you buy? Your payments would be about $105 more a month, but at the end of your "lease" period, you could sell it for probably 30-32k. Plus your mileage limits are soooo low.. I could never own a coupe and only drive 27 miles a day...
