manual convertible top question

I was wondering if I would be able to put a covertible top motor right onto my manual top so that I would be able to just press a button and the top comes down. Would it just bolt on?

I don't think it would be a cheap...or worthwile conversion. The hooks on the full automatic top automatically latch the top to the windshield. Believe it or not, sometimes you can be better off with a manual top...for instance, I fear the day the rain comes down....and something goes wrong with my automatic top....even though it has a manual overide.
