Well, I have only owned my 325is for a couple weeks and I just can't stand the existing sound system! It had the crappy nokia speakers that can't produce any bass at all.
Anyway, I installed my new pioneer head unit. That alone helped some but still if i crank it up any the nokia's get to what they are best at, distorting.
Then I installed some 5 1/4" pioneers (100 peak, 35 RMS) 2ways in the kick pannels. That helped a good bit also, but I'm still not getting any decient kick.
Do you guys suggest any specific speaker size for the rear? I don't want to have to mod the mounts or build a fully custom box. From a few places I've heard that they stock nokias in the back are 4"ers. But also i've seen many places that said that people have been putting 6" infiniti's in the rear and didn't mention any boxing or moding at all.
Also, i have some 6x9s sitting in another car that are quite nice but i don't know if i could mount them. Any ideas?
Thanks!
