First try by describing your problem. I could write 5 pages on causes and effects.

No clutch problem is expensive except replacing the clutch itself - the hydraulic system is relatively inexpensive to replace or fix.

I was told that the clutch is "soft" and that it doesn't engage close to the floor, rather, the opposite, near the "top." Other than that, I havent had any problems. Hope that helps, let me know.

Thanks

sounds like a slave cylinder. You can replacee that very easily yourself if you have a small metric toolset. Do you have a bently manual?

Just out of curiosity, if my clutch problem is more severe and needs to be replaced with the new clutch kit, dropping the transmission, etc, what price range have other people paid?

Thanks
