Odometer convertion miles to Kilometers?

I'm looking at purchasing a 3 series BMW to import into Canada with intent to resell does anyone know what the procedure is to convert the odometer from miles to Kilometer' or if it is possible. Also where in the USA is the best value for BMW's

Are you looking for the formula to convert or the kit to change the odometer guage? I thought the US standard includes a scale for kilometers too. Please be a little more specific. [bmwkick]

You can buy new graphics for the speedo that simply replace the old ones, if you buy it in Canada is will be in Kilometers
