Oxygen Sensor Questions

So, after receiving some nice advice from you guys about my cat I decided to go with a local shop who will put on a universal for next to nothing. I KNOW this isn't my best option, but it beats having to use aftermarket pipes and the universal ones can't be THAT bad, right?

This leaves me at an awkward point, though, because I know that I should probably replace my o2 sensor(s) too. My question is two-part:

a) I have two sensors in my '92 318is, one before (regulating) and one after (monitoring) the cat. Should I replace both, or just the first?

b) Is there a specific brand I should use? I've always been a fan of Bosch, but I have new choices: Beck, Niehoff, and Borg Warner.

Thanks again!

I did some pricing the other day for my 92 325i and the oem was $139.95, and the aftermarket was $62.00, I think I am going to go with the aftermarket as long as it does what it is designed to do!
