I know that E39s are notorious for having pixel problems. Almost all seem to. I actually had mine fixed when my 530 was about 2 years old and under warranty. However, the car goes out of warranty later this year, and I wonder whether anyone has any experience that would suggest whether my pixels are likely to fail again. Is the "fix" permanent, or will I have to do it again one day?
