Hi guys, I wanna get some rims for my 325Is but I dont have much money. so, I was thinking maybe I can get some used M3 rims or something. Coz what I have right now are ugly and I deffinetly have to change them. Anyone knows a website or anything? And would E36 M3 rims fit on my car?
Thanx

Discount Tire puts a lot of used and surplus rims on eBay. Go to Tires.com and look at their eBay auction link. I believe M3 wheels will fit your car the only concerns are offset. If you email Discount Tire they will answer questions of this type.

e36 and e46 (all cars, including M3) use the same bolt pattern and offset. The only difference that you'll find is rim size (16" or 17" vs. 15") and width. The '96-'99 e36 M3's used staggered widths, in that the rear wheels were wider than the fronts. The purpose of that was to change the typical handling characteristics of the car from oversteer to understeer.

If you're interested, I have a set of OEM style 42 wheels that I believe that I'd be willing to part with. I purchased them for my 325i, but now that I have my M3, I don't believe that the 16" wheel will clear the caliper. I'll need to double check this, though. The wheels would come with Bridgestone Potenza tires that have been run for approximately 1.5-2k miles. If you're interested, PM me on this board, and we'll talk.
