squeaking and tranny noice

Hey,
I had my rear suspension done a few days ago, now when driving over bumps and when accelerating hard i hear squeaks in the back, another thing which is unrelated(I think) to the work done on my suspension is the tranny noice, when I accelerate harder i hear something like under the floor of the car towards to the middle and back especialy maybe something is loose there?

i get a squeaks as well in my front suspension whenever its cold, it goes away after a while.

Got it fixed, the cover was loose.
