Squeaking noise.....

Ok, m 97 328iS is making a ANNOYING squeaking noise... at first, i thought it was the brakes.. No, wasnt that... its happens when the car is at a slow roll, not just when i hit the brakes, but when the car is like rolling to a stop.. what is it? any ideas?

Squecky noises

I' ve got the exact problem with my E34 1990 520i.
Every time i slow down i get this squecky noises coming from the front end of the car.
I'm still trying to find out what it is so will let you know .

COULD BE YOU NEED COPPER LIQUID APLLYED TO THE MOVEING PARTS OF THE CALIBER (NOT THE PADS THE SHIMS ETC) YOU DON,T HEAR THE NOISE AT SPEED BECAUSE OF THE FREQUENCEY OF THE SQUEAL TRY IT AND SEE

I'm experiencing the same on my '98 328 cab. First though was from rear right brake protection plates, i've secured it and no better result. I'm thinking of a noise from the exhaust system. Happens only at low rpm when going down at small hill with no action on gas pedal.
I think there's nothing to do about it.
Otherwise, it may sound like a spring knocking inside the jacks, but I doubt it.
If you find any, keep posted.
