Srs Light

My srs light flashes then stays on. How do i fix this, can i just unplug the light, how do I get to that bulb.

if it stays on soemthing wioth your airbag is wrong. it might not ignite in an accident. my in-law had the same issue in is e-class. mercedes told him the airbag might even go off without any reasonable cause. just like that.

my idea about airbags is, if you have one, be happy and repair it. that lil thing saveslifes so don´t save a buck at the wrong end.

If you have recently taken off your steering wheel then the light will be like that until you have the codes cleared by a BMW technician.

my comes on just becuase there is a loose wire in the seatbelt buckle on the passenger side.

Funny thing about that, was just reading about that today. Said it is a common SRS error if the sensor goes bad.
