starter issues?

My car has power, windows, radio, lights etc..
But when I go to turn it over I get a strong clicking sound and it wont begin to turn over. Just 10 mins before it started right up? I can start the engine with a rolling start and popping the clutch.

Is it the starter?

Rolling start eh? Doesn't sound to me like its your starter maybe you have something in your engine thats making it turn over hard. Your accessories work due to your battery, but other than what I said I can't really say unless I was there.

Most of the time problems that are pointed towards the starter are something else, so best find out what it instead of throwing parts at it. more info could be helpfull
