325ic tonneau cover won't go down after the soft top goes down the trunk. I tried to raise the soft top back but now it wouldn't work too. The tonneau cover now is still in the up position. What am I suppose to do? Do I need to pull the red strap at the bottom of the rear seat to release the motors of the tonneau cover and the soft top? Or is there another way to check and make the tonneau cover go down?
