Traction Control problem

Hey guys, i have a 96 bmw 328is, the traction control use to work fine until a couple weeks ago. When i start the car the traction light is off, but after a couple minutes, the light automatically comes on, without me pushing the button, and wont go away when i press the button. I have to turn off my car to get the light off. Any ideas? COuld it be the switch or a sensor, since my e36 loves sensors and i have replaced about all of them. Please help

i would definetly say its a sensor or theres something wrong with your traction control...did you take a look at your fuses?hope this helps

sensor is a pretty good guess. would be mine, too. a doubt that it is a fuse. usually when a fuse went bad, the systems is down completly and not after a while only.

but that´s of course just my 0.02 US$

Thanks for your help guys. I guess i will have to take it in to the Bmw place and get ripped off by the 90 dollar labor rate. But do any of you know where the sensor is? Please let me know.
