Before anyone yells at me to search I swear I didn't all night last night and couldn't come up with anything.

I will be moving to Germany in a few months. When I get there it is very reasonable for me to own a 325i (finally!!) I looked at all the US spec ones and they look great, but how do the Euro ones differ? Any HP rating 1/4 mile time would help.

Or a link where I could read up on them. Thanks in advance.

I'm going to be on Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Not really sure where thats at. I'll be there in September. I have to give up my Z28 camaro here though. I wish I could take it with me but I have to take my other vehicle.

I'm in love with the 325i not really sure where the 328 differs. I'm a pretty newb to BMW's I've just always loved the looks of the 325. Just could never afford one here in the states.

I live about 30-45 min. away from there! When you get ready to leave for Germany let me know and I will give you my phone number. It should be relatively easy to get a decent 325i for between 3-5grand. There is also a tuning place called VD Autotechnik that does tuning of bimmers and other european cars. The resident clubs are the "BMW Allianz" www.bmw-allianz.de that contains many americans and my own club that has regional chapters in all the German states: www.bmw-syndikat.de . If you are into shows and drag racing(given the fact you own a Z28 and that you asked for 1/4mile times) then look forward to the BMW-Syndikat RaceWars Vol. 2 this July. http://www.syndikat-racewars.de/

Here is some info(it is in German but you should be able to figure it out)

1992 325i: http://www.einszweidrei.de/bmw/325ivc1992-1.htm

1995 323i: http://www.einszweidrei.de/bmw/323i1995-1.htm

1996 328i: http://www.einszweidrei.de/bmw/328ic1996-1.htm

Here is the link with a list of many different BMW styles in Germany: http://www.einszweidrei.de/bmw/list.htm

bimmers in germany don´t have the signals on permanently and the plates are a lot bigger. these are about the major differences i can think of right now!

are you really looking for E36 models? as the E90 is out you can get really good E46 for a good euro these days
