I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but it was the closest :D

Anyway I was wondering if you guys had some good techniques for using the BMW touchup paint. My car has A LOT of little rock chips on the front grill area and hood, also a few little scratches on the car.

My car has metalic paint so I have the base coat and the clear coat. I'm just not sure how to go about it.

Should I use a LITTLE bit of bondo on the rock chips to even the service out then use the touch up paint on that? Should I sand the small area down before applying the touch up paint?

I need to know stuff like that. If you guys could help me out that would be awsome :D

Thanx Big Daddy,

Is it worth it though? Can you get the same results with some really fine sand paper?

Just dont want to buy it and find out that I could have used something else. Plus it is annoying getting stuff from the states...

I have used it and it does a good job as long as you follow the directions to the letter. I am very leary of touching m y paint with sandpaper. I'll leave that to a pro.
