I am looking for a a compehensive list of quality products to care for my new silver grey 2003 330i. Willin to put in the time to keep her lookin good. The choices are mind numming.

The car doen't arrive for a few more week. I picked up the Porter Cable Polisher. That is the only product that everyone seems to agree upon.

Read Vlad's post. It covers all the exterior care. As you shop for the products, you may find one that you prefer over the ones listed, but the post does a very good job of explaining what makes a product "good". That said, here's list of what I would have on hand.

Cleaning Supplies:
Car wash soap that does not strip wax
2 buckets (one for soap water, one to rinse wash rag)
Micro fiber rags and towels
Wheel cleaner *P21S
"Quick Detailer" type spray
Rubber detailer

Paint care (for best results, don't use combo products):
Paint cleaner
Paint polish
Wax

Probably the three most popular product lines are P21S, Zymol, and Mequiars.

Yes, I've used Zymol and Meguiars leather care products, with satisfactory results. The Meguiars did bleach the black stiching, though. I'm in the middle of a home remodel project, but when that is done in a few weeks I am going to try Leatherique. My Z3 needs some love, but will have to wait. I will post pictures of before and after and list of products used.
