I am not a fan of the 19s. You gain unsprung weight, likely increase the overall diameter of the wheel/tire (thus making the speedometer and odometer read incorrectly), and have to use very low profile tires that increase the chance of bending a rim (and cost a lot).
It is a cosmetic upgrade that will actually negatively impact the car's performance. 18s are as large as you want to go, and really you should stay with 17s.
Don't get me wrong, I like the look of large wheels, but the E36 is a small enough car that 17s look large enough IMHO, particularly if you find the right style.
I would also recommend a different exhaust than the Eisenmann, say B&B, UUC, AA, or Supersprint.
