Will these fit a 97 328?

Looking at a purchasing a set of rims and tires for my car. I've done some searches here and based on what I have read I believe these will fit but I want to be sure.

Rims are 17" with a 5x112 bolt pattern and a +38 off-set.
Tires are 225/45/R17

For my 97 328iC I put on a set of 225/45/17 Pirelli P Zeroes. I'm sure the bolt pattern is 5x112 but I'm not sure of the offset since the wheels came on the car. Check with your local tire dealer or go to www.tirerack.com and enter your car's info. It will show you all the wheel sizes and tire combos that will work.
