When I start the car the display at the bottom of the instrument panel, that has the
service bar, doesn't come on and there is an annoying loud buzzing
sound. Also the temp and fuel gauges don't work. When I rev the engine
then the engine check runs through its check and the panel and gauges
come to life. Is this a bad instrument panel? Can it be fixed by anything less than replacing the instrument panel?
