Just bought our first bmw, a '00' 528i, 50,000 miles, any know issues that we might need to keep an eye for.

If it makes you feel better, I purchased mine a little over a year ago, it had 50k on it also, and have not had a single issue. I have had alignments and service stuff but thats it....
