3rd brake light lens red or clear?

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum. I have a 2003 BMW Z4 that I have taken very well care of over the past 22 years. She’s my baby. This is the fourth 3rd brake light that I have had to replace and the dealer said only clear lens is available unless I want to go with a part that is not OEM.

I’ve searched for the red lens replacement and have found a couple that say they are OEM but I don’t know that I trust that. Anyone have an opinion on the red lens versus the clear? I miss the red lens
