First time owner: Have 88 325 without a BMW shop on my island. Bunch of questions; can anyone help?
#1 I change my own oil and filter; how can I reset schedule oil maintenance light?
#2 I have a shimmy at 56 mph even with new balanced tires; left front tire is starting to cup. Suspect bad shock? Alignment is questionable since I have even wear across tires.
#3 Live with bad highway roads in country (bumpy and rutty). What shocks are good for these conditions? Shall I replace rears also? Please give source of shocks too? Don't mind spending the money for good brand with good life-span and results.
#4 Shimmy when I brake? What should I check first? Second?
